Ali Al Ibrahim
Ali Al Ibrahim is a Board Member and Executive Director at the Syrian Business and Investment Center (SBIC). He leads the organization’s strategic direction and oversees the development of key institutional and research-driven initiatives aimed at strengthening Syria’s business and investment environment.
He brings extensive experience in leadership, research, and institutional development, and draws on international best practices to design and implement impactful programs that support sustainable economic growth and effective governance.
Sheikh Abdulmohsen Al-Rakkan
Sheikh Abdulmohsen Al-Rakkan serves as a Board Member responsible for regulatory affairs at the Syrian Business and Investment Center (SBIC). He focuses on strengthening institutional governance, regulatory compliance, and developing policy frameworks that support investment and economic partnerships.
With a strong role in shaping regulatory environments, he contributes to building a transparent and stable investment climate in Syria, while supporting strategic planning and coordination with relevant authorities.
Jamal Salama

His work includes building institutional partnerships, advancing economic studies and development projects, and promoting innovation through digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
Mamoan Latah
Mamoan Latah serves as Head of Data Analysis and Website Management at the Syrian Business and Investment Center (SBIC).
His work focuses on developing the center’s digital infrastructure, managing online platforms, and conducting data analysis to support evidence-based decision-making.
He has experience in data analytics and digital systems management, contributing to improving content quality and enhancing institutional performance efficiency through advanced analytical tools and modern technologies.
